Golden Eagle Phase One First Paving Completed

We just completed the first paving of the phase one roads at our sister development Golden Eagle last week.  This paving extends from the highway up to Outlaw Rd and also part way down Golden Eagle Circle.  We have another large paving scheduled for late fall before the snow flies  We have also commenced work on the Golden Eagle gate house and that work should be completed sometime in early October.  Our Golden Eagle sales team had a Realtor event on site late last week and I took the time to snap a couple of pictures of the progress and the amazing views.

SOARING HAWK PHASE 3 PAVING COMPLETED

We have finished the paving of phase 3 at our sister development across the highway at Soaring Hawk as of Tuesday of this week and I took a few pictures of the crews at work there.  Phase 3 represents some of the better view lots at Soaring Hawk and offers the type of seclusion that is hard to find in the Park City area without spending a lot more money for a significantly larger lot due to the open space on all sides of phase 3.  These lots will also have easy access to the 5 miles of trails going in that will connect Soaring Hawk and Golden Eagle.  We are still offering $10,000 off of any Soaring Hawk lot for a limited time.
