We have finished the paving of phase 3 at our sister development across the highway at Soaring Hawk as of Tuesday of this week and I took a few pictures of the crews at work there. Phase 3 represents some of the better view lots at Soaring Hawk and offers the type of seclusion that is hard to find in the Park City area without spending a lot more money for a significantly larger lot due to the open space on all sides of phase 3.
