Seven Closed Lots In Golden Eagle

We have just closed three more lots in phase one of Golden Eagle bringing our total to seven closed lots.  Work on the infrastructure will continue through the winter.

VIEW FROM THE TOP OF THE WORLD AT GOLDEN EAGLE

I took these pictures last night as we were approaching sunset from the top of our sister development Golden Eagle.  These phase three lots are all easy builds with quite literally the most breathtaking views you will ever see and will be part of a future release.  The lake views are literally HUGE and the pictures just do not do this justice.

We will be closing on a 4 bedroom Cooper model home on Glistening Ridge 16 this Friday so I took the opportunity to shoot a few pictures from just inside the great room towards Timp and Deer Valley this morning.

First Snow In Park City

This morning as I was driving in I noticed the first snowfall of the season gracing the mountains surrounding Park City.  I took this first picture from Park Meadows as I was leaving for work this morning, looking towards The Canyons.

And another looking towards Deer Valley and Park City from Hideout Canyon.
