We are just about done framing Overlook 36 and once this is framed up it will really start to fly.  This new luxury 4 bedroom home should be ready for it's new owners in about two months.

Site Work Continues At Hideout Canyon For The Settlement Condominiums

Two excavators, or as my two young daughters would call them, diggers, are continuing to clear the site for the Settlement Condominiums at Hideout Canyon.  The hill you are looking at here will continue to get smaller until we have a flat building pad for the 92 Settlement condominiums.

For anyone not familiar with the site, this is the view that our future residents will be waking up to every morning.  I shot this picture this morning from on site.

The Settlement condominiums will feature two and three bedroom floor plans ranging from 100 to 1780 sq ft starting in the mid $400's with views that go on forever.

EARLY MORNING FOG AT REFLECTION RIDGE ESTATES

As I was driving around the development this morning I couldn't help but notice how pretty the Jordanelle looked with a fresh coat of snow surrounding it through the morning fog.  If you look really closely you can see the outline of Deer Valley Resort in the background.   This shot was taken from the upper section of reflection Ridge Estates.  The only gated community within Hideout Canyon featuring 1.2-1.5 acre lots and nothing in front of you to block your amazing view all the way to the lake.

Site Work Continues For Settlement Condominiums

This morning I visited the construction site for the new 92 unit Settlement at Hideout Canyon condominium complex.   Crews have been removing a lot of dirt that will flatten out the build site and open up the views for our new Settlement residents.

While I was on site this morning I snapped a few photos of some of the views that will be enjoyed by our newest Hideout Canyon residents.

The Settlement At Hideout Canyon Officially Launched

We have officially launched the Settlement at Hideout Canyon.  The Settlement will consist of 3 buildings and a total of 92 luxury condominium residences.  These residences will be 2 and 3 bedrooms and 1100 to 1780 sq ft.  All units will have views of the Jordanelle and Mt. Timpanogos.  

These contemporary new condominium residences will be built with the highest level of finishes and a wall of glass to take advantage of the views we all move to Hideout Canyon for.  Additonally there will be a pool and outdoor hot tubs for residents and their guests.

Each unit will have one undergound dedicated parking space with additional parking located just outside the residences.

In conjunction with the condominium buildings there will be a commercial building constructed as part of the Settlement.  This building will contain resident mailboxes, the Outlaw Golf pro shop, a cafe and workout facility open to any residents of Hideout Canyon and Soaring Hawk.

The Many Faces Of Sundance

The Sundance Film Festival took over the town of Park City this past Thursday January 18 and continues through the 28th of this month.  The festival is an important driver of economic activity in Park City and is also a chance to see a great movie or people watch and see who you run into.

One of the well known locals secrets regarding Sundance is that since most of the hotel rooms in town are occupied by festival goers it is one of the best times to ski in Park City in the entire winter.  I went up for the day yesterday and on the best powder day of the year I skied onto every chair with no wait.

Here is a picture I shot at the Park City Resort parking lot this past Friday at 9:15.  Typically this time of day in mid January the parking lot would already be nearing capacity.

Park City Area Skiing Improving For MLK Weekend

Park City area resorts have rceived over a foot of new snow so far this week allowing more lifts and more terrain to open up for skiers and snowboarders.  I just shot this picture this morning of Bald Mountain at Deer Valley and it is finally starting to get it's full coat of winter snow that we are so used to.

It should be perfect bluebird weather the entire holiday weekend for the best conditions of the year so far with another storm looking good for late next week.  Hope to see you out here soon.
