I spend a fair amount of time just snapping photos as I am driving around Hideout Canyon and here are a few of my favorites from this week.  With the new snow and morning fog there have been some really unique photo opportunities this week to go along with a few crystal clear bluebird days as well.

The Sundance Film Festival took over the town of Park City this past Thursday January 18 and continues through the 28th of this month.  The festival is an important driver of economic activity in Park City and is also a chance to see a great movie or people watch and see who you run into.

Sundance Film Festival 2018

One of the well known locals secrets regarding Sundance is that since most of the hotel rooms in town are occupied by festival goers it is one of the best times to ski in Park City in the entire winter.  I went up for the day yesterday and on the best powder day of the year I skied onto every chair with no wait.

Here is a picture I shot at the Park City Resort parking lot this past Friday at 9:15.  Typically this time of day in mid January the parking lot would already be…

Park City area resorts have rceived over a foot of new snow so far this week allowing more lifts and more terrain to open up for skiers and snowboarders.  I just shot this picture this morning of Bald Mountain at Deer Valley and it is finally starting to get it's full coat of winter snow that we are so used to.

It should be perfect bluebird weather the entire holiday weekend for the best conditions of the year so far with another storm looking good for late next week.  Hope to see you out here soon.

I shot this picture a few minutes ago from just above our 1+ acre Reflection Ridge Estate lots.  Now you know why we call this subdivision Reflection Ridge.

View from Reflection Ridge

From your new home in Reflection Ridge you will be 10 short minutes to the town of Park City and the world class skiing of Park City Resort and Deer Valley.  You are also a stones throw from some of the best snowmobiling and hiking in the world about 20 miles in the other direction in the Uinta Mountains.  It doesn't get any more convenient than this with the best views anywhere in the Rocky Mountains.

This is as close as you can get to the lake on the view side of the Jordanelle with nothing but US BLM land between your backyard and the lake.  Stop by our sales office or call exclusive list agent Rich…

As I was out and about through the Hideout Canyon Development this morning I was once again taken aback by the amazing views from our development.  This morning was crisp and cold but also beautiful in a way that only those lucky enough to live here at Hideout Canyon truly understand.

I shot these particular photos from my Samsung Galaxy 8 and other than a bit of glare on the second photo I am amazed at what a phone camera can do these days.  These pictures of Timp, the Jordanelle and Deer Valley were taken from our Reflection Ridge estate lot neighborhood.
